This grape, typical of Trentino-Alto Adige, is produced only with grapes from our own vineyards located in the Piana Rotaliana and neighboring hilly areas. Pressing with removal of the stems. Skin maceration with frequent pumping over and vinification at a controlled temperature. Maturation in oak barrels for 6-8 months. Ruby red color in the glass. Strong notes of blackcurrant and eucalyptus on the nose. Moderate alcohol, with a slight sweetness and subtle acidity. Overall a strong, spicy Lagrein.

Recommendation: This wine is an excellent accompaniment to hard cheese, roast venison or roast wild duck.
