Pale greenish yellow, delicate gooseberries and quince, yellow apples, cherry blossom and a hint of mint, fine, mild acidity and pleasantly fresh and juicy. The Chenin Blanc from Kleine Zalze is a fresher representative of this grape variety. Almost reminiscent of a Sauvignon on the nose, it is wonderfully meltingly fresh in the mouth with presence and delicate playfulness. A very nice accompaniment to summer dishes.
