Firm, somewhat nutty, finely vegetal and clearly chalky nose with restrained, tart, quite noble yellow fruity aromas and herbaceous tones. Firm, fine, juicy, cool, tart fruit, very fine, lively acidity, yeasty notes, some herbaceous-vegetable tones and hints of white pepper, clear, chalky-salty minerality, firm structure, good depth, restrained power, still young, very good, firm finish with mushroomy traces.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 8-10 degrees Celsius. Pairs perfectly with seafood or shellfish as well as white meat dishes.
