Hardly any other (white) grape variety embodies the character of Trentino as perfectly as the Nosiola, one of the very few autochthonous grape varieties in the region that is still cultivated. It reflects the diverse typicity of a mixture of rugged mountain landscape and the Mediterranean climate of northern Italy's romantic lakes. Charming as a glass at sunset as well as with spicy, refined Trentino cuisine.
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, red apples and ripe pears, delicate citrus notes, mint, elderflower and figs, wild herbs and a little damp lime, delicate and elegant with juicy freshness.
