On the nose, our Pinot Gris delights with fine aromas of ripe apples and pears as well as a hint of nuts. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured with a pleasant minerality on the finish.
This wonderful wine is ideal as an accompaniment to fish dishes or white meat - but it is also a real taste sensation when drunk on its own! It is best enjoyed well chilled at a temperature between 10-12°C.
