This Grenache Gris has a pale golden-green robe. The nose is very fruity with notes of mandarin, orange blossom and a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, it offers a wonderful liveliness and a wonderful length with notes of citrus fruits.

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif, with Polynesian-style raw fish (in a marinade with mango, lemon and other exotic fruits), with grilled fish with a salad of peppers and possibly anchovies from Collioure, with a pissaladière or with razor clams from the plancha.
