Concentrated notes of juniper, graphite, cinchona bark and orange lead to a delicate rose finish. Very intense and spicy, with a warm, enveloping aroma. Tamarind, carob and dates emerge in the mouth. Creamy and enveloping. Straightforward tannins, medium-bodied, fresh and flowing.

Recommendation: Goes perfectly with stews or grilled red meat. Serve at 16 degrees.
