Raspberry and cherry notes dominate, fine and slightly tart on the palate, beautiful fullness with a delicate bite. Not too many Pinot Noir vines have found their way to Sancerre, and due to the rather cool climate there, these grapes are then preferably processed into an unusual rosé wine. The Sancerre Rosé is a firm, original rosé with a fine berry fragrance that is too good to be a light summer drink for the terrace.
