Odd Bird Spumante is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from the Italian province of Treviso in Veneto, commonly known as the Prosecco region. Produced using traditional methods and made from 100% Glera grapes. Odd Bird Spumante matures for up to 12 months and then the alcohol is gently removed to preserve the natural character of the wine. It combines aromas of nashi pear, elderflower, green apple and grapefruit.
