The Prosecco Superiore Brut from Nino Franco is a single-varietal Glera, the traditional grape variety of Prosecco. The second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, the "Charma" method. The wine has a shiny straw yellow color and the nose reveals fine and appealing aromas of apple, pear and white flowers. On the palate, the Prosecco is lively and fresh, the acidity is present without being aggressive and the finish is long and fruity.
