Exotic fruit, lychees, mineral nuances. Juicy, freshly structured, elegant on the palate.
The grapes come from the best south-facing vineyards in Pfaffstätten. Thanks to very gentle processing, we are able to fill a very clean must into used barrique barrels. This must is then given plenty of time to ferment at higher fermentation temperatures. The wine then remains on the lees until February/March and is stirred every 2 weeks. The result is a very full-bodied, powerful white wine with a wonderful, varietal fruit on the nose.

The Thermenregion is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in Austria and is located 30 km south of Vienna in Lower Austria. The region is influenced by the Pannonian climate. Typical of this are hot summers, dry weather in the fall and cooler winters.

Two different soil types form the basis for full-bodied red wines and finesse-rich white wines.
