A cherry-red Pinot Noir. The nose has aromas of morello cherries and blackberries with delicate nuances of sweet pipe tobacco. The tannins are clearly noticeable on the palate and on the tongue. Nevertheless, there is a pleasant softness with great ageing potential.

Food Pairing (Food recommendation): Goes well with venison goulash with cranberries, potato dumplings and red cabbage.
