Dark, bright cherry red in the glass. Very elegant, complex aroma, with lots of ripe fruit, dark forest berries, violet blossom, dark chocolate, tobacco, oak and distinct notes of licorice. On the palate, the wine is concentrated, powerful but elegant, with lots of ripe fruit, velvety tannins, fine minerality and a long, spicy finish.
