Our white wine entices the nose with a hint of quince, apple and slightly citrusy notes. Especially when it gets warm, it is a great light companion for after work with friends. It tastes dry and is therefore ideal with Mediterranean fish dishes. However, its pleasant acidity also allows it to be paired with German classics such as asparagus or potato casseroles.

In cooperation with the Wasem winery, a dealcoholized counterpart is added to the original wine. The result is a sparkling, tasty drink.
The Wasem family was born with a passion for wine. The three brothers Julius, Philipp and Gerhard are now the fourth generation to run the down-to-earth but elegant family winery. Their wines stand for varietal, uncomplicated wines that are simply fun on the palate. An adjoining hotel and fine, regional food in the courtyard of the Engelthal monastery complex make for a perfect stay.
