The 2014 Hossfeld Red Blend is once again one of the real gems in this lineup. Silky, lush and racy, the 2014 packs a serious punch, but the fruit almost masks the tannins. Dark red cherry, chocolate, spice and menthol emerge, but it's the sheer power and structure of the wine that stands out the most. This is a fabulous wine from Mark Carter.
