The 2014 Hossfeld Red Blend is once again one of the real gems in this lineup. Silky, lush and racy, the 2014 packs a serious punch, but the fruit almost overpowers the tannins. Dark red cherry, chocolate, spice and menthol show up, but it's the pure power and structure of the wine that stands out the most. This is a fabulous wine from Mark Carter.
