The 2016 Plince is a blend of 79% Merlot and 21% Cabernet Franc. It has a medium garnet-purple color and offers scents of red and black currants, black cherries and mulberries with scorched earth, bay leaves and hints of iron ore and a touch of violets. The palate is medium-bodied, packed with red and black fruits, structured with ripe, rounded tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing on a compelling mineral note.
