2021 Nardo IGT Toscana

Delicate and perfumed with cherries, wild berries and strawberries. A hint of coffee. Medium-bodied with crisp fruit and fine tannins that give it a silky texture and beautiful length. Fruit with earth and spices. Some raw meat. Tantalizing now, but will be even better in two or three years. The Sangiovese was fermented with whole berries and whole bunches. Precise. A blend of 75% Sangiovese, 15% Malvasia Nera, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink or cellar. [James Suckling]
