2021 Bourgogne Pinot Noir Laforêt

Bright, luminous ruby red. The bouquet is wonderfully fruity with aromas of red fruits, raspberries, redcurrants and wild strawberries. On the palate, the wine is delicately fruity, velvety and persistent, with very harmonious tannins and great elegance.

Recommendation: Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, open one hour in advance and decant if necessary. Goes very well with dark meat dishes, e.g. roast duck breast, roast beef, fine game birds or grilled vegetables with strong sauces. Optimal drinking maturity is now until 2030.
