Beautiful ruby red to violet red color. The wine begins by expressing its floral notes of violet, rose and iris with a typically peppery note, which then turns to red fruits. The flesh is smooth and silky with soft tannins, the finish is long-lasting and fresh.

Recommendation: Serve slightly chilled at 16 degrees Celsius, goes well with regional, hearty cuisine. Ham, sausage, game, but also delicious with pasta, cheese and creamy risotto. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2027.
