Delicate rosé, aromatic play of wild strawberries and ripe raspberries, hints of rose petals and fine acidity structure.
From particularly cool slopes is a rosé that captivates with its aromatic play of wild strawberries and ripe raspberries, as well as a touch of rose petals and fine acid structure an elegant and light-footed summer dream: Blauer Wildbacher in its most enchanting way.
The Blaue Wildbacher grape, from which this rosé was vinified, is an old red wine variety. It is mainly cultivated in Austria, especially in the wine-growing region of Western Styria. There it is also often used to make the pink Schilcher.

Once upon a time, not so long ago, a Bavarian wine enthusiast lost his heart to Styria. He was captivated by the sight of the hills and their dizzyingly steep rows of vines. The spicy, fragrant air of the high-lying mixed forests filled him with joie de vivre. The tranquillity and self-confidence of the Styrians enticed him to stay. And so he stayed! The rest is history.
