Bright ruby red in color, Sergioveto exudes a warm, attractive aroma of black cherry, plum and currant syrup, followed by balsamic notes with a spicy finish of leather and sweet tobacco, and thanks to its assertive tannin note can keep up with full-bodied dishes.

Recommendation: It meets all the criteria for successful long-term ageing and goes well with structured sauces, meat dishes, game dishes and dry cheeses. Serve at 18/20 degrees
