This is also the case here, where the long acquaintance of Markus Schneider and Thomas Hensel has had a fruitful effect on the concept of one or two joint wines. The "Hensel and Gretel" cuvée impresses with its (positively meant) easy drinking, the acidity restrained, the fruit wonderfully present. This is how uncomplicated white wine is simply fun.
