Where can I find my customer account?

How do I create a new customer account?

Simply click on account and "Create account". In your account you will see your order history as well as your saved addresses. 

Where can I find my favorites?

If you have a account you will find your list of favorites there.

How do I delete my customer account?

To delete your account, please send us a short mail to write.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

For each delivery address, regardless of the number of vintners:

Austria: from €120,00 free shipping, otherwise €4,90

Belgiumfree shipping from €120,00, otherwise €9,90

Denmark: from €500,00 free shipping, otherwise €24,90

Germany: from €120,00 free shipping, otherwise €4,90

France: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €12,90

Italy: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €12,90

Luxembourgfree shipping from €120,00, otherwise €9,90

Netherlands: from €120,00 free shipping, otherwise €9,90

Poland: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €24,90

Sweden: from €500,00 free shipping, otherwise €24,90

Island surcharge reserved. We do not charge any additional costs. All prices include the statutory VAT and sparkling wine tax. 

How many packages will I receive?

As we are a marketplace and your delivery is sent directly from the respective winemaker, you may receive your order in partial deliveries. In your customer account you will also have an overview of the tracking numbers in addition to your orders.

How long does shipping take?

The regular shipping time is max. 3-5 working days (Germany, Austria).

For Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary the regular shipping time is max. 4-6 working days.

For Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland the regular shipping time is max. 5-7 working days.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID at the e-mail address you used. You can also track your order at any time in your customer account at any time in your customer account.

Can I also have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation is not yet possible.

Can I also have my order delivered abroad?

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France,Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden.

Returns & refunds

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an order, please contact us with our customer service.

Who bears the costs of the return shipment?

We will of course bear the costs of the return shipment. It does not matter whether the wine has a fault or simply does not suit your taste.

How do I receive my refund?

Once we have received and successfully checked your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for payment within five working days.

Our B2B store is only available to partners in the hospitality industry and specialist wine merchants.

We are happy to accept your request stating the company name and VAT number.
