Fine honey and vanilla on the nose, juicy yellow apple fruit. A hint of nougat on the palate, delicate herbal notes, fresh and lively. Lemon notes on the finish with a fruity, salty aftertaste.
Vinification: Chardonnay matured in new barriques and Welschriesling in new 1000 l oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
