This impressive top wine made from the black Malbec grape is a real winner. The powerful tannins are tamed with micro-oxidation and large wooden barrels - the wine is extremely similar to a very good Bordeaux. Not in price, however, as it is still around half the price of comparable Bordeaux wines.
