Color: deep ruby red, clear and bright. Bouquet: very pronounced fruit. Notes of redcurrants, cherries and plums, which give the wine freshness and combine with mineral, ethereal, spicy and vanilla-like notes. Taste: rich, fresh and well-balanced fruit. The concentration of dry extract is remarkable and is wonderfully underlined by a remarkable tannic structure, a very lively acidity and an alcohol content that ensures good ageing potential. The retro-olfactory impressions mirror those of the nose. This is a long, fresh, concentrated and very elegant wine.
