Dieser elegante Spumante Brut wurde 1987 vom Conte Giuseppe persönlich für seine Freunde kreiert und steht seither für feine sizilianische Handwerkskunst. Er entsteht aus 100% Chardonnay-Trauben, die auf sandigen Böden im hochgelegenen Weinberg Cava Rinaô (500 m ü.d.M.) auf dem Regaleali-Weingut in der Provinz Palermo gedeihen. Die klassische Flaschengärung (metodo classico) mit einem Hefelager von 24 Monaten verleiht diesem Millésimé seine feine, anhaltende Perlage und zart cremige Textur am Gaumen. Die vollständige malolaktische Gärung rundet das Geschmacksbild ab und sorgt für Harmonie zwischen Frische und Komplexität.
