2023 Rödelseer Küchenmeister Sylvaner

In his Küchenmeister parcel in Rödelsee, Paul Weltner regularly produces an expressive dry Silvaner: the Rödelseer Küchenmeister Sylvaner. It reveals an intense Silvaner bouquet of pears, ripe apples and tropical fruit, with nutty notes and hints of citrus and pome fruit. Great minerality and tension on the palate, good structure, very defined, typical Silvaner spicy aromas of fresh herbs and flint, present acidity that harmonizes perfectly with the fruit and a long finish. An excellent Franconian Sylvaner.

Recommendation: Well chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, it goes very well with fine asparagus dishes, roasted poultry with herbs, veal medallions with mashed potatoes and braised savoy cabbage. We recommend enjoying this wine young!
