The cuvée of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc gains even more complexity, floral notes and herbal aromas from the local Picapoll and Macabeo grape varieties. A lot of wine at a moderate price. The grapes are harvested in small crates and briefly cold macerated. Separate fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by ageing on the fine lees in steel tanks.
