Bright straw yellow. On the nose, notes of citrus fruits, lime, grapefruit and kiwi as well as delicate floral hints, especially of jasmine. Some fruit and nutmeg on the palate, intense minerality with a medium-long finish. The old Falanghina grape variety is found (almost) exclusively in Campania. The wines tend to be floral and fruity and have a balanced acidity. As a food companion, it is an all-rounder that adapts well to many dishes.
