It has a clear straw yellow color in the glass and develops a multi-layered, floral bouquet with notes of lavender, elderflower and lemon zest. There are also subtle hints of cedar wood, white melon and papaya. On the palate, the Viognier presents itself with a crisp, juicy body, accompanied by elegant spice. The fruity aromas continue and are supported by citrus fruits, white stone fruits and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The finish is aromatic and long-lasting.

Food pairing (food recommendation): An ideal accompaniment to grilled fish, seafood, poultry, Asian-inspired dishes with lemongrass or coconut milk, as well as summer vegetable tartares and fresh goat's cheese salads. It also impresses as an aperitif with its aromatic clarity and lively structure.
