A fresh Sauvignon Blanc with citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Fine fruit balance with mineral notes, followed by a long, fruity finish. Excellent soils and ideal cooling breezes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean characterize this region. Excellent Sauvignon Blancs thrive here, the Cape Town is the "entry-level wine" at Diemersdal, but nevertheless not "simple". Lots of fruit and juiciness with a nice spiciness make it the perfect accompaniment to a warm summer evening.
