The non-alcoholic wines are produced using the gentle and fast method of vacuum evaporation. Here, the wine is evaporated at approx. 27 degrees, followed by a subsequent aroma recovery process to preserve the natural grape/wine aromas. Our Zero line is shaped by the interplay of sweetness and acidity alone and is given a certain length on the palate in the sparkling wine in combination with carbon dioxide.

Recommendation: Simply drink solo, as an aperitif or as the perfect non-alcoholic option for a reception.
