The original origin of this grape variety is the Middle East. The Syrah grape is perfect for growing in warm climates. The soil in Sicily offers the best conditions for this grape variety. The grapes for Feudo Arancio Syrah are harvested with the utmost care. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 25 degrees. The wine then matures in barriques for 10 months. Color: Ruby red. Bouquet: Notes of blackberries and thyme. Spicy fragrance component. Taste: A full-bodied, powerful, spicy wine. Aromas of blackberries, thyme and pepper.

Recommendation: The wine goes perfectly with risotto, roast beef and pasta.
