Only in the Mediterranean climate of Sicily does the Grillo variety grow, which is more interesting than a Pinot Grigio and more aromatic than any Chardonnay. The powerful Sicilian sun is stored in the Grillo, yet the wine is light and pleasing with its lemony note. Just the right hint of grapefruit and wonderfully ripe acidity. Citrus aromas, wonderful freshness, light and lively.
