2019 Le Pas de la Mule

This vintage has a beautiful, deep garnet red color. The aromatic spectrum focuses on dark fruits, especially plums, enriched with notes of oriental spices and precious wood (mahogany, cedar). Produced from very ripe grapes, this wine shows excellent concentration and great finesse in the texture of its tannins. The palate reveals complex notes of nutmeg, juniper, undergrowth and a hint of citrus fruit. The character of the clay and slate terroir is evident in the harmonious finish.
