Deep purple in color, a cascade of wild blackberry, ripe blueberry and Black Forest gateau aromas are framed by a hint of Indian spice. The palate is rich and ripe, with layers of blackberry and Christmas cake wrapped in soft, juicy, ripe tannins.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 16-18 degrees Celsius. This wine drinks perfectly with red braised pork belly or falafel wraps with hummus, tomato, cucumber and tabouli. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2023.
