The nose of Aecht Bitter is delicately fruity. In addition to pear and vermouth notes, slight bitter notes reminiscent of hops can be perceived in the taste. The product can be poured into the glass without creating a lot of foam. The gentle tingle in the mouth is combined with slightly resinous, sour and delicately tart notes of green hunting pears.
