The Aecht Bitter presents itself finely fruity in the nose. In addition to pear and vermouth notes, light bitter notes reminiscent of hops can be perceived in the taste. The product can be poured into the gals without creating great foaming. The gentle tingling in the mouth is combined with slightly resinous, sour and delicately tart notes of green hunting pear.
