For each delivery address, regardless of the number of vintners:

Belgiumfree shipping from €120,00, otherwise €12,90

Denmark: from €500,00 free shipping, otherwise €29,90

Germany: from €120,00 free shipping, otherwise €5,90

Finland: from €500,00 free shipping, otherwise €34,90

France: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €15,90

Italy: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €15,90

Luxembourgfree shipping from €120,00, otherwise €12,90

Netherlands: from €120,00 free shipping, otherwise €12,90

Poland: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €29,90

Sweden: from €500,00 free shipping, otherwise €29,90

Slovakia: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €17,80 

Slovenia: from €300,00 free shipping, otherwise €17,80

Island surcharge reserved. We do not charge any additional costs. All prices include the statutory VAT and sparkling wine tax. 

As we are a marketplace and your delivery is sent directly from the respective winemaker, you may receive your order in partial deliveries. In your customer account you will also have an overview of the tracking numbers in addition to your orders.

The regular shipping time is max. 3-5 working days (Germany, Austria).

For Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary the regular shipping time is max. 4-6 working days.

For Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland the regular shipping time is max. 5-7 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID at the e-mail address you used. You can also track your order at any time in your customer account at any time in your customer account.

Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation is not yet possible.

We currently deliver to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Austria.

For all other countries we look forward to your request via mail.

Returns & refunds

If you would like to return an order, please contact us with our customer service.

We will of course bear the costs of the return shipment. It does not matter whether the wine has a fault or simply does not suit your taste.

Once we have received and successfully checked your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for payment within five working days.
