Bright ruby with garnet rim. Multilayered, inviting nose, first after truffle and leather, then fine dark cherry fruit, some pomegranate, clear and inviting. Juicy and clear on the palate, presents lots of ripe fruit, opens with pithy, dense tannin, nice draw, salty finish with a long finish.
