Gold-colored with a warm shimmer. A very dynamic effervescence that does not go unnoticed by the ears. Rich, complex bouquet with aromas of tart and candied fruit (lemons), citrus nuances, pollen (white flowers), roasted hazelnuts and Madagascar vanilla. On contact with the air, the bouquet develops sweet aromas of pastries and smoky notes resulting from maturation in the bottle. Very tasty on the palate, concentrated and chalky at the same time. Incredible tension and aromatic precision, a perfectly chiseled wine. A powerful, racy and concentrated attack with a velvety, enveloping texture, typical of the mature Pinots Noirs 2012. A wine-rich, profound, noble Cristal with a chalky, intense freshness that produces incredible finesse and a wonderful length on the palate. Long, exceptionally concentrated finish.
