2016 Rosso del Bepi Valpolicella IGT

The Rosso named after Guiseppe "Bepi" Quntarelli was his favorite or house wine. Not as fat and heavy as his Amarone, somewhat denser than the classic Valpolicella, another cult Quntarelli was created over the years, almost incidentally, which the modest grandmaster always referred to as his house wine when tasting it in his cellar. It is wonderful that his family continued to produce this "house wine" after his death, which really has nothing to do with simple drinking pleasure. But Quintarellis has always thought in other quality dimensions.
