In 2014, Jeb Dunnuck had this to say about Cayuse for Wine Advocate, "Not enough can be said about the quality of this winery, and Christophe Baron, assisted by Elizabeth Bourcier, is producing some of the most distinctive and exciting wines on the planet in this reviewer's opinion. As I said last year, there's no secret here, and Christophe simply has a fantastic terroir, works his ass off in the vineyard (everything is farmed biodynamically) and then gets out of the way in the cellar."
