Deep purple with an opaque center and a delicate purple rim. Restrained at first with notes of blackberry bushes, graphite and ivy, backed by elderberry jelly and light tobacco. A taut palate with a finely brittle texture, crumbly extract, good breed and a sinewy body. A concentrated finish with small berries, a noble note of cassis and noticeable persistence.
