2021 Blanc Cuvee Speciale Vieilles Clairettes Magnum

An impressive blend of flavors including sweet peach, ripe pineapple, fragrant oil of flowers, spices and toasted brioche make for a medium to full-bodied white wine with many nuances. This wine is characterized by a firm acid structure, a complex mouthfeel and a great aftertaste. Undoubtedly, it is among the best wines of this region and it would be a pleasure to have some bottles in my cellar. It is recommended to age this wine in the bottle for a year and then enjoy it for another 5-7 years or even longer, as it will certainly undergo interesting evolutions over time. It strongly resembles a high quality white Burgundy Grand Cru.
