2023 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc

Medium yellow with golden reflections, shiny in the glass. It presents itself fresh, with elegant fruit aromas (no malolactic fermentation to preserve the natural acidity and freshness of the aromas and maturation exclusively in steel tanks, no wooden barrels). Notes of yellow stone fruit, hay and herbs, some traces of exotic fruit, mango. It is perfectly balanced on the palate, powerful, with ripe fruit, intense and very dense. Beautiful, spicy finish. A special white wine from the southern Rhone.
