The fully ripe and mostly shriveled grapes come exclusively from our Rotgipfler/Zierfandler sites in Pfaffstätten. The grapes are gently processed by hand after very careful harvesting. In order to preserve the typical fruitiness of the variety and to guarantee drinking pleasure, this wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Typical for our sweet wines is a rather higher acidity, which provides the drinking pleasure.
Taste: intense honey touch, aromas of ripe stone fruit, delicate herbal spices, mineral nuances. Juicy yellow fruit nuances, lively acidity, elegant and balanced.

The Thermenregion is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in Austria and is located 30 km south of Vienna in Lower Austria. The region is influenced by the Pannonian climate. Typical of this are hot summers, dry weather in the fall and cooler winters.
Two different soil types form the basis for full-bodied red wines and finesse-rich white wines.
