Intense honey touch, aromas of ripe stone fruit, delicate herbal spices, mineral nuances. Juicy yellow fruit nuances, lively acidity, elegant and balanced.
The fully ripe and largely shrivelled grapes come exclusively from our Rotgipfler/Zierfandler vineyards in Pfaffstätten. The grapes are carefully harvested and then gently processed by hand. This wine is matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the varietal fruitiness and guarantee drinking pleasure. Typical of our sweet wines is a rather high acidity, which makes them a pleasure to drink.
