100% CHARDONNAY | BRUT NATURE

Our first own sparkling wine is finally on sale!

For our Blanc de Blancs, we gently pressed 100% Chardonnay grapes, then fermented and matured them in barrique barrels and stainless steel tanks. It was bottled in March 2021. Produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method and aged on the lees for 24 months, we disgorged it without additives. It is now sold as zero dosage or brut nature.

The nose is typical Blanc de Blancs, white fruity, straightforward, white peach, ripe pear, dried apple, roasted almonds and caramel.
In the mouth, the character of the pure Chardonnay is revealed with a beautiful density and fine melting and a fresh, lively acidity. The aroma is elegant with a depth and complexity that is characterized by the enormously long yeast ageing. Its fine mellowness in combination with the fresh and lively acidity can fully unfold due to the complete absence of any sweet dosage. Its density and slight saltiness linger for a long time. It is reminiscent of Champagne and lets the mind wander.

Each of our wines is a mosaic of colors, structures and shapes - as unique, multifaceted and colorful as its taste. We live our passion, celebrate our connection to nature and the joy of life. And we are now in the fourth generation together with our father Bernhard. True to the motto that a good wine is made above all when you put a lot of love into it, we create wines that are just as fun to drink as we are. With this in mind: Rock'n'Roll, cheers and see you soon!
