MINERAL | THYME | LIVELY
As soon as you swirl the glass, you catch the scent of dried herbs such as thyme and rosemary. The Riesling is characterized by an intense minerality and saltiness. You can smell the terroir of the Bodenheim vineyards, which can be tasted anew every year. The smell is somewhat reminiscent of warm summer rain on hot stones, a pleasant scent of wet limestone. At the first sip, the tongue becomes slightly salty as if by the sea and the Riesling spreads out in the mouth with a pronounced texture. With its lively acidity, it is lively and lingers for a long time.
