2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Andeluna Altitud

Garnet red color with ruby reflections. The bouquet is intense, with black pepper, cassis and ripe cherries. Further aromas of dark chocolate, tobacco and a few traces of smoke develop on the palate. The wine is intense, fruity, well balanced with ripe tannins and a long finish.

Recommendation: Drinking temperature 15-17 degrees Celsius, goes well with roast duck with a strong sauce and cranberries as well as with dishes of roast beef and of course with medium-strong cheese, e.g. mature Gouda. Optimal drinking maturity now until 2028.
